FIELDWORK SUPERVISORS and SITE ASSISTANTS are required to assist with NAA’s ongoing programme of fieldwork, which at the moment is scheduled to extend until March 2010. These would be on a self-employed basis, with fee rates of £67.50 / day up to £85 /day for an 8 hour working day, depending on experience and responsibility. Additional weekday and Saturday working may be required. Good quality accommodation will be provided. A minimum of 6 months excavation experience in commercial archaeology will be required for all Site Assistants and a valid CSCS Health and Safety Card would be an advantage.
