Excavation
If significant archaeological remains are present within a development site and will be affected by the scheme, then excavation and recording is likely to be required by the local planning authority. Excavation requires experienced project management and expertise in resourcing, planning, execution and delivery. It also requires a skilled and dedicated workforce that understands the need to complete the work required quickly, efficiently and to appropriate professional standards.
NAA can provide a complete service covering all aspects of excavation, analysis and reporting. We have years of proven experience in undertaking both rural and urban excavations, ranging from large-scale schemes working on multiple-fronts to small-scale projects with community involvement. We are used to working under CDM Regulations and to complying with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards in all our activities.
